Sneaky Vegan Vegetables Recipes | Zardyplants

Hey, Reader!

Sometimes your little ones *this also happens to adults* turn into picky eaters. It happens to all of us; Paul would only eat the cheese off pizza for a while and Liz would only eat bowls of olives for dinner. If your kids (or anyone in your life) won't eat their veggies, you can always hide them beneath/inside something more exciting. Some of the sauces may be green, but surely there are other explanations for that... Anyway, below are some recipes we think can help you get some more veggies into your meals!
