We don't know if Back to School means anything to you (thus why we titled this email Easy Lunches for Work and School, because presumably one of those applies to you... and if it doesn't, maybe you still want some awesome lunch ideas. They could also be used for dinner! Or snacks! Or road trips or hiking or picnics or... you get the idea. Anyway, if you didn't know, I (Liz speaking here) am back in school! I just finished up my first semester (knocked out one of my requirements in a summer course) and have approximately 1492385 more semesters to go... but you know, that's a different problem. MY POINT (oh yeah I forgot about that) is that I have been needing quick and portable lunches that are good even if you can't reheat them. Here are some of my favorites for just that type of situation! I just stick my container in my backpack with a small ice pack and it works quite well, especially for my longer school days. So... whether the title of this email applies to you or not, I hope you find some tasty new meal options. Happy August!
