We LOVE Italian food. Now, we're not going to pretend that any of our Italian-inspired recipes are authentic in any way. We're not Italian and we've used some nontraditional ingredients (like raw sunflower seeds, tofu, nutritional yeast, etc.) to achieve veganized versions of Italian classics. These may not be authentic but they are DARN DELICIOUS! We're so obsessed, in fact, that we gathered up all our Vegan Italian Recipes into one post! See below for our favorites lately.
